Well, today, the ITB felt pretty normal I did lots today, just no running. I mowed the lawn, did lots of cooking and cleaning, and even some yardwork. So, after 3 days off now, I'll go for a mile run tomorrow. If the ITB feels fine, I'll continue for 2 miles, but that will be it no matter how it feels.
I guess what worries me the most is I fully expect my ITB to have some issues tomorrow. I would love if it didn't, but I have been down this road before, and it isn't a good road to be on. Trouble is with any ITB issues, reverse gear to get back out of that road is really really slow. And, my Oct date isn't all that far away. I've got the cardio for a 1/2 marathon right now. I don't have any doubt that can be ready cardio-wise to run 26.2 in Oct. The toughest part will get the ITB to make that distance.
Will report back in the morning.
