Rollin!

The foam roller has arrived! For the record, yeah... that damn thing hurts. Lots of serious runners rave about these things so I guess I'll try and keep using it but damn. Its hard to see how rolling is good for me when it feels like I'm being flogged.

Walking feels pretty normal now. However, the lower attachment point of my ITB is still sore to the touch. Maybe after a few more days I'll think about a short run. I'm even considering starting some of those single leg squats today as well. Of course, I need to get off the couch to do that. No promises...
