Ran again today. Yup, you guessed it: 2 miles! wooooooo... yeah, its kinda lame, but so am I. At least I did have a pretty good pace. And, no ITB issues surfaced. So, before too long, maybe it will be time to start upping the distance slowly.
I also did more of those single leg squats today. Man, they're not any easier. Still only managed 5 per leg. No doubt that such things are a big weak point in my running fitness.
