More squats

I'm doing more single leg squats today. Before, when I said I could only do 5 of them on each leg, well... I wasn't lying. However, I think I was doing them down to a table that was a bit lower than I should be doing at this point. Today, I'm doing them down to a bed. Its a little higher, and it makes a big difference.

I'm doing sets of 5 today. I think this is allowing me to get a lot more benefit out of these early on. I'll work up to deeper ones in time. For now, this should really allow me to be really gaining that stability muscle. Which is nice!
