Yeah, I know... 4 miles isn't really anything to write home about, but its the longest distance I've run since my injury. All in all, it felt just fine. I do "feel" things in my knees, but I think a lot of it is just in my head. I think I'm hyper focused on my knees and ITBs that I think I feel little things here and there. Maybe as the miles tick by here in the next couple/few months, I'll relax a little in my fear of ITB pain again.
I ran a route that I hadn't run in a while. Not since the summer. It was nice to see that route again, even though most of the trees have few leaves left and the breeze was certainly a lot cooler than I remember.
I might try some more single leg squats tonight. We'll see how the knee feels here over the next few hours and make sure there's no soreness or tightness.
