I'm not certain why, but I decided to log data when mowing the lawn recently. Its a simple task, but it is exercise. I guess I just wanted to see how much exercise it was. Oddly enough, if you look at this little map, you'd think my lawn looks like complete shit. While its no super pro landscaped lawn, it looks fine enough. Not as bad as the image would seem to suggest. Another item worth noting is that I walked nearly 1.5 miles, and we don't have a very big yard. The watch also says I burned 322 calories, but I'm sure it was more than that since the watch isn't counting for the mower that I'm shoving around the whole time.
Just further proof that there are countless little ways to get some exercise from day to day.
