Ran 3 today. Not the most fun I've ever had, if I'm honest. It was sunny out, but the air was quite chilly. And, the wind had QUITE the bite to it. My ears felt like they were going to fall off. My face was not happy, and all in all, the run wasn't very enjoyable. I just never settled in. It was kind of a struggle the whole time.
Overall pace, 09:42. Average HR was 147. I am glad to be done, but no matter what how much the run sucked, I can still report the ITB is doing well. I'll take all the other suckitude over any more ITB problems.
