Ran another 3 today. Was going to run outside, but by the time I got done the things I needed to get done, it was pretty dark out already. So, to the tready I went. I didn't really settle in again, and my right calf was sore for most of the run. I swear what is a 10min pace on the tready is much closer to a 9min pace outside. My HRM tells the story. Anyways, I had some all over fatigue, but again, no ITB complaints.
My one big complaint is my Garmin Forerunner 210. Every time I hook it up to the lappy to charge and upload workout data, it freezes. After half-a-dozen resets, it finally comes back, but this is just retarded. I have read that Garmin knows of this issue and that its corrected in one of the latest software updates. I think I'm going to get looking into that more.
I ended up watching TWC's new show, "Ice Pilots." I usually shy away from "reality" TV, because from everything I've ever seen, "reality" is the farthest thing from what it actually is. Discovery had that show, "Flying Wild Alaska." I couldn't stand more than about 4 mins of that show. What an over-dramatized steamer. From what I saw, this "Ice Pilots" show wasn't really on that same band wagon. Don't get me wrong. I'm not saying flying in AK is easy. Far from it actually. But, this show seems far more to the point, and factual. So, if its on again when I'm channel surfing, I think I'll check it out some more.
